Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit visa applications and supporting documents accurately.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Update accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems as required.
Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.
Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.
Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
Track application status and provide timely updates to clients and management.
Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.
Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information at all times.
Ensure compliance with immigration guidelines and company procedures.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation in any discipline with 0–3 years of experience in visa processing, documentation, administration, or a related field. Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
