🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals (e.g., Job Hai, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Schedule and conduct interviews (Telephonic/Face-to-face).
Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Support onboarding and documentation process.
Handle basic HR tasks like offer letters, joining formalities, and follow-ups.
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (Preferred: BBA/MBA in HR).
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & recruitment portals.
Fresher & Experienced both can apply.
