Key Requirements:
Strong exposure to HR Operations and Employee Relations
Expertise in MIS Reporting, Google Sheets, MS Excel & HR Documentation
Hands-on experience in Salary Preparation, Payroll Coordination & Statutory Compliance (Mandatory)
Ability to coordinate effectively between Head Office and Project Sites
Strong presentation, communication, and staff liaison skills
Capable of handling employee grievances and resolving workplace issues independently
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and general HR administration
Willingness to visit and coordinate with project sites as required
Exp- 4-5 years
Salary slab- 25- 30k per month
Qualification- Any PG + HR Diploma
