Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for administrative support, report preparation, tender searching, and assisting in the technical and commercial analysis of tenders. Prior experience in tender management is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and administrative documentation.

  • Search and identify relevant government and private-sector tender opportunities.

  • Assist in reviewing tender documents and submission requirements.

  • Support the technical and commercial analysis of tenders.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect information required for tender participation.

  • Maintain tender-related databases, records, and filing systems.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Provide general administrative support to management and departments.
