Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for GDA and housekeeping staff.
Train staff on hospital protocols, hygiene practices, patient handling, infection control, waste management, and safety measures.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
Monitor staff behavior and performance post-training and coordinate with department heads for follow-up.
Maintain attendance, feedback, and performance evaluation records of trainees.
Administrative & Data Entry Tasks:
Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.
Enter staff data, attendance, certification records, and compliance status into hospital management systems or MS Excel.
Required:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Healthcare or Science)
Basic training in healthcare or hospital administration
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of infection control and hospital hygiene protocols
