Job Description

We are looking for a motivated GeM Tender Intern to assist in government tender management for medical equipment. The intern will gain hands-on experience in GeM bidding, tender documentation, and government procurement.

Responsibilities

Search and shortlist relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
Upload bids and supporting documents on the GeM portal.
Prepare technical compliance sheets and OEM declarations.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for documentation.
Maintain tender trackers and submission records.
Assist with GeM product listing, updates, and order management.
Support reverse auction (RA) activities and post-order documentation. Similar internship roles commonly include GeM tender search, documentation, compliance checks, and bid submissions.
