Job Description: GEM Tender Executive
Manage and monitor tender opportunities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
Search, identify and evaluate relevant government tenders and bidding opportunities.
Prepare and submit online bids, quotations and required tender documents within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical, financial and statutory documents.
Ensure compliance with tender terms, eligibility criteria and required specifications.
Handle bid submission, clarification, amendments and corrigendum updates.
Prepare comparative statements, price quotations and other tender-related documents.
Maintain records of submitted bids, EMD, performance security and contract documents.
Track tender status, results, orders and post-bid requirements.
Coordinate with clients/government departments regarding tender-related queries.
Ensure timely renewal and updating of company registrations, certificates and documents required for bidding.
Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports for all tender activities.
