Job Summary

We are looking for a GeM Portal & E-Tendering Expert responsible for end-to-end handling of GeM bids and Government e-tenders, including portal monitoring, documentation, bid submission, and post-bid coordination for LED lighting projects.

Key Responsibilities

GeM Portal Operations

• Daily monitoring of GeM portal bids & BOQs

• Product listing, price updates, catalogue management

• Bid participation, order acceptance & compliance

• GeM vendor dashboard handling

Government E-Tendering

• Monitoring Central & State Government tender portals

• Downloading & analysing NIT, BOQ, technical specs

• Preparing technical & commercial bid documents

• Online bid submission and tracking

Documentation & Compliance

• Preparation of eligibility documents (GST, PAN, MSME, ISO, Turnover, Experience)

• Coordination for EMD / Tender Fee / BG

• Maintaining tender records & compliance checklist

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
