Roles and Responsibilities
● Conduct research and investigate potential fraud with new applications
● Leverage both internal and external data sources to complete investigation
● Ability to self motivate and independently manage workload in an auto-assigned production
environment
● Follow guidelines and established procedures for quality assurance
● High attention to detail with investigator instincts
● Thorough in documenting research findings and determination methodology
● Support existing processes, and participate in the design and implementation of new processes,
policies, and procedures to enable greater efficiency in the performance of the group's functions.
● Build relationships with other departments in fraud to understand new products, initiatives and
how our business works for our customers
● Escalate issues and raise trends experienced to Fraud Leader
Qualifications: Graduate is mandatory
Rotational shift and OFF
Salary: Based on last CTC 30% Hike (Max budget is 8LPA)
