Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Gopalan Lake Front residential/commercial property. The role involves ensuring smooth facility operations, vendor management, safety compliance, and delivering high-quality occupant services.
Key Responsibilities
1 Manage overall facility operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and landscaping
2 Ensure proper functioning of all MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, Fire systems)
3 Supervise and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
4 Monitor AMC contracts and ensure timely servicing and compliance
5 Handle budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking for facility operations
6 Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements
7 Address resident/tenant complaints and ensure prompt resolution
8 Conduct regular facility inspections and audits
9 Maintain records of maintenance, service reports, and compliance documentation 10 Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facility Management / Operations or related field Certification in Facility Management (preferred)
Preferred Experience
Experience in managing residential or mixed-use developments Prior experience in real estate or property management companies

Willingness to work on-site Ability to handle emergency situations and extended working hours if required
