Job Description

  • Coordinate end-to-end export operations including order processing, documentation, and shipment tracking

  • Prepare and manage export documents such as Invoice, Packing List

  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs, and company policies

  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch

  • Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and overseas clients Handle export-related queries, discrepancies, and documentation issues

  • Maintain accurate export records and MIS reports

  • Prepare and manage sales quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.

  • Follow up on customer inquiries, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.

  • Maintain and update customer databases, order tracking sheets, and sales reports
