Job Description

🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a multi-talented professional who can act as both an Executive Assistant (EA) and a Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO. This is a hybrid role where you will handle strategic coordination + administrative support. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage the CEO’s schedule, communication, travel, and also assist in project tracking and decision support.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Support

✅️ Act as a bridge between CEO and departments (Sales, Service, Marketing, IT, Franchise, Finance).

✅️ Prioritize and filter tasks, ensuring CEO focuses only on high-value work.

✅️ Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and follow-ups.

✅️ Track execution of CEO’s instructions across teams.

✅️ Draft and review official communications, emails, and documents.

✅️ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

2. Admin & Daily Support

✅️ Manage CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, and reminders.

✅️ Handle phone calls, messages, and routine email responses.

✅️ Plan and book travel (flights, hotels, cabs).

✅️ Organize small errands, couriers, or personal tasks when required.

✅️ Assist in preparing meeting minutes and maintaining filing systems.

✅️ Manage expense reports and reimbursements.

3. Coordination & Reporting

✅️ Provide weekly dashboards of tasks, meetings, and department updates.

✅️ Assist in event planning, workshops, and CEO’s special projects.

✅️ Create basic trackers (Google Sheets/Excel) for progress monitoring.

👤 Requirements

Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

0-5 years' experience as EA/PA/Operations Coordinator. Freshers can apply

Male Candidates only.

Highly organized, proactive, and good at multitasking.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Ability to manage both small tasks + big priorities with equal responsibility.

Integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
