Shorthand is a must and good typing speed
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
Reminding the Partner of important tasks and deadlines.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Transcription of dictation
Managing calendar as per meetings and appointment scheduled.
Managing Events as per requirement with given guidelines.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Good knowledge of communication tools like Teams, Zoom and WebEx.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven work experience as a secretary
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is Mandatory
