Key Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact between you (business owner) and internal teams.
Coordinate and follow up with telecallers, sales staff, and trainers.
Maintain and update call reports, daily MIS, and team performance tracking.
Assist in planning and conducting training sessions.
Handle queries from team members and escalate issues to you when needed.
Prepare reports, summaries, and reminders for pending tasks.
Ensure smooth communication across departments.
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream, business background preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets (for reporting and updates).
Ability to multitask and follow up systematically.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
