Job Description

The Virtual Assistant will provide comprehensive remote administrative and support services for a UK-based process at Grant Thornton. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Management

  • Manage and respond to emails and phone calls.

  • Screen, prioritize, draft, and edit correspondence.

  • Maintain professional communication with stakeholders.

2. Scheduling & Calendar Management

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Update calendars and send timely reminders.

  • Ensure seamless scheduling across time zones.

3. Administrative Support

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.

  • Maintain and update databases, records, and spreadsheets.

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with data entry.

  • Manage travel bookings – flights, hotels, and transportation.

4. Research & Information Gathering

  • Conduct online research for projects and business needs.

  • Compile findings into summaries and reports.

5. Customer Support

  • Provide professional and efficient customer service.

  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to manage time zones (UK & India).

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Adaptability and quick learning.
