The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the BNI Director and leadership team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring smooth execution of BNI activities, events, and member engagement initiatives.
1. Administrative & Operational Support
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for the Director/Leadership.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and official communications.
Maintain records, documentation, and database of members.
2. Event & Meeting Coordination
Organize and coordinate weekly BNI chapter meetings, workshops, and networking events.
Assist in preparing agendas, materials, and presentations for BNI sessions.
Track attendance, visitor records, and meeting outcomes.
Support logistics for training, conferences, and special events.
3. Member Engagement & Communication
Act as a point of contact for members, visitors, and potential new members.
Assist with onboarding of new members (documentation, communication, orientation).
Ensure timely follow-ups on renewals, dues, and compliance requirements.
Support chapter growth initiatives by coordinating with membership committee.
4. Business & Networking Support
Assist leadership in tracking member referrals, revenue generation, and performance metrics.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for review by the Director.
Conduct research to support business development and member growth strategies.
5. Special Projects & Miscellaneous
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Support Director with personal and professional tasks as required.
Coordinate with other Executive Assistants or BNI regional teams when needed.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Management, or related field).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (3–5 years preferred).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Familiarity with BNI processes, networking, or membership-driven organizations (preferred but not mandatory).
