Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring efficient management of their schedule, communications, and office operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize emails, correspondence, and phone calls; draft responses as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and decision-making.
Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
Liaise with senior management, staff, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Oversee office operations, supplies, and administrative processes.
Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
Professional demeanor, discretion, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
