We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Female Executive Assistant to support daily office operations and coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent follow-up skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Take meeting notes and maintain proper records
Ensure timely follow-ups with team members and clients
Coordinate between different departments and staff
Handle basic administrative and office tasks
Manage schedules, reminders, and task tracking
Maintain documents and reports using MS Excel and Word
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong follow-up and coordination skills (must have)
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Ability to take notes efficiently (Shorthand is a plus)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Honest, responsible, and disciplined
Preferred Candidate:

Prior experience in assistant/coordinator role
