We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Female Executive Assistant to support daily office operations and coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent follow-up skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take meeting notes and maintain proper records
• Ensure timely follow-ups with team members and clients
• Coordinate between different departments and staff
• Handle basic administrative and office tasks
• Manage schedules, reminders, and task tracking
• Maintain documents and reports using MS Excel and Word
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills (must have)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to take notes efficiently (Shorthand is a plus)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
