Position: Executive Assistant (Remote / Work From Home)
Sikriwar Robotic Solutions LLP is seeking a proactive, organized, and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, communications, documentation, follow-ups, and business coordination while working remotely.
Note: This is primarily a Work From Home position. However, candidates must be willing to travel and attend meetings, customer visits, vendor interactions, exhibitions, or official assignments within Kolkata and outside Kolkata as required by business needs

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Handle email correspondence and professional communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, quotations, and business documents.
Maintain records, databases, and digital filing systems.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Business Coordination
Follow up on inquiries, proposals, orders, and project status.
Assist management in business development activities.
Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and event schedules.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related activities when required.
Research & Documentation
Conduct online research and data collection.
Prepare market analysis and competitor reports.
Create and maintain MIS reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
Draft professional emails, letters, and official communications.
Travel & Field Visits
Attend client meetings and official visits as assigned.
Travel within Kolkata and outside Kolkata when required.
Represent the company professionally during meetings and events.
Submit visit reports and maintain proper documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Undergraduate from a recognized institution.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
Prior experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Executive, or Administrative Executive , Aviation or hospitality will be preferred.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
Strong internet research capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional attitude and confidentiality management.
