Experience: 2–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MD’s calendar, meetings & travel arrangements

• Draft emails, reports, MOMs, presentations

• Coordinate with internal teams & external stakeholders

• Handle confidential information professionally

• Follow up on tasks/projects on behalf of MD

• Assist in day-to-day administrative & strategic support

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication & coordination skills

• Strong MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge

• Good drafting & documentation skills

• High level of discretion & professionalism

• Ability to multitask & work independently

Preferred Profile:

• Prior experience as EA to MD/CEO

• Well-organised, proactive & presentable
