We are looking for a Executive Assistant to join our company. The role involves providing high-level administrative support to our CMD at residence, which includes managing schedules, preparing MOM’s, diary & calendar management, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate or YMCA Diploma in and 7+ Years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 Working Days.
