Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required.
Coordinate executive meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Organize and manage travel arrangements including itineraries, flights, hotels, and expense reports.
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Support event planning, corporate communications, and departmental operations as needed.
Monitor office supplies and ensure the executive’s workspace is well-maintained.
