Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments,
Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including bookings, visa processing, travel insurance, and itineraries.
Maintain and renew various professional memberships and organizational accounts
Prepare and edit emails, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Track and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with personal tasks as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
