To provide high-level administrative and operational support to the company owner by managing schedules, communication, documentation, and team coordination to ensure smooth daily business operations.📋 Key Responsibilities:1. Owner AssistanceManage the owner’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments efficiently.Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the owner.Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up reports.Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive business and personal information.Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.2. Team & Office CoordinationAct as a bridge between the owner and the internal team.Ensure that team tasks and deadlines are followed as instructed by the owner.Communicate key updates, reminders, or action points to team members.Track work progress and prepare daily/weekly status reports for the owner.Assist in organizing team meetings, reviews, and reports.3. Documentation & ReportingDraft and maintain official documents, reports, presentations, and letters.Keep digital and physical records well-organized and updated.Review and summarize incoming reports for quick decision-making by the owner.4. Administrative & Operational SupportOversee daily office operations and ensure a professional environment.Coordinate with vendors, clients, and visitors when required.Support in handling company expenses, bills, and reimbursements.Follow up on pending approvals, payments, or client communications.⚙️ Skills & Requirements:Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalismMinimum 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Admin roleGraduation or higher education preferred💼 Key Attributes:Smart, reliable, and proactive attitudeGood time management and attention to detailAbility to handle pressure and prioritize multiple tasks💰 Salary Range:₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and company scale)
