We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with 4–5 years of experience to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings (MoM).
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence and prioritize responses.
Maintain confidential documents, records, and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
Prepare business reports, presentations, and management summaries.
Monitor follow-ups on action items and ensure timely completion.
Organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
Handle office administration tasks and support special projects as assigned.
Assist in drafting official letters, emails, and other business communications.
