Administrative & Executive Support
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordination & Communication
• Maintain effective communication between the executive office and internal departments.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders as required.
• Arrange and manage, client visits.
Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for all important documents.
• Assist in preparing reports, MIS, project updates, and presentations.
Operational Support
• Monitor and manage daily tasks, deadlines, and priorities for the executive.
• Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and purchase orders
