Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Female Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Draft and manage emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other business correspondence.
Act as the communication link between the MD and internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for business trips.
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and business documents.
Maintain confidential records and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate board meetings, client visits, and business events.
Assist the MD in project coordination, business planning, and other executive tasks.
Perform any additional administrative or executive responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any relevant discipline.
MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary to senior management.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate, or corporate organizations will be preferred.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
