JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Scheduling, prioritizing, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Communication Management: Screening calls, managing emails, and acting as the liaison between the executive and stakeholders.
Travel & Logistics: Coordinating complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations. Also willing to travel.
Documentation & Reporting: Preparing memos, reports, presentations, and taking meeting minutes.
Strategic Support: Conducting research, managing special projects, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as an EA, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, discretion, proactivity, adaptability, and high attention to detail.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is often preferred.
Salary will be upto 50-60 k in hand
