Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, communications, and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. The EA ensures seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and other documents
Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-up
Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues
Manage special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Calander
