The position is for a full time office manager for a law firm. The following are the key responsibilities and the skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
Coordinate appointments, meetings and communications.
Maintain office records.
Handle vendors, office supply.
Assist with HR functions, help in shortlisting of CVs.
Support billing, invoicing, and basic financial administration.
Implementation of internal processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in office management, preferably in a law office/law firm.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good written communication skills in English.
In addition good verbal communication skills in English will be a bonus.
