About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and articulate Executive Assistant to support the Director in daily operations, communication, and coordination. This role demands strong verbal and written English skills, professional maturity, and the ability to manage tasks independently with precision and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director’s schedule, meetings, and follow-ups
Draft and respond to emails, letters, and official communication
Coordinate with clients and partners via phone and email
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word and Excel
Maintain organized records and assist in compliance-related documentation
Handle confidential information with integrity
Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills:
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Confident telephone and email communication
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Preferred Background:
Graduate in any discipline (Business, Administration, Engineering or related fields preferred)
Prior experience in executive support, administration, or coordination roles
Familiarity with compliance or documentation processes is a plus
