Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Female Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, trustworthy, capable of handling confidential information, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond where appropriate.
Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and correspondence.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Act as a liaison between management and staff/clients/vendors.
Organize company events, meetings, and official functions.
Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically.
Assist in follow-ups with different departments for project updates.
Manage travel bookings, expense reports, and reimbursements.
Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
