Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar, Meeting & Travel Management
Own the cofounder’s calendar: prioritize meetings, block focus time, and handle rescheduling with professionalism
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
Handle all logistics for domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, local transport)
2. Communication & Coordination
Act as a bridge between the cofounder and internal/external stakeholders
Draft, proofread, and format emails, presentations, and communication material
Handle follow-ups from meetings and ensure timely execution of action items
3. Strategic Support
Assist in project tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
Conduct internet research, compile business briefs, and maintain confidential documents
Prepare pitch decks, meeting notes, and documentation as required
4. Operations & Miscellaneous
Manage expenses, invoices, reimbursements, and other operational tasks
Help plan internal events, town halls, and offsites
Occasionally assist in personal tasks to enable better work-life balance for the cofounder
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; post-graduate or MBA preferred (not mandatory)
2–4 years of experience as an EA
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
Presentable personality with a positive, can-do attitude
