Key Responsibilities
· Executive Support: - Manage MD's calendar (reminders as well), emails, and communications and coordinate with team across all businesses. Host daily 15-minute check-ins and track performance.
· Vendor & External Relations: Be the MD's go-to person for operational updates and queries. Liaise with vendors, bankers, and external partners
· Task & Project Management: - Manage projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion using tools like e.g., Notion, Trello.
· Team Performance & Reporting: - Ensure data accuracy and prepare reports. Collect daily reports from team members and work with HR to crunch the numbers. Help identify areas where they can improve and suggest ways to make things more efficient.
· Personal Assistance: - Provide personal assistance to MD, including appointments and logistics. Help out with personal errands and requests as needed.
· Data Management & Admin: Keep records and files up-to-date and accurate. Prep reports and presentations as needed
