Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Coordinator cum Executive Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills, be confident in professional email correspondence, and have strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Draft, review, and respond to professional emails and business correspondence
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management
Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), reports, and presentations
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of action items
Handle calls, inquiries, and communication professionally
Maintain records, documents, and confidential information
Assist in organizing business meetings, events, and client interactions
Provide administrative support to senior management on daily operational matters
Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Coordinator, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Executive
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong email drafting and business correspondence skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional personality with a positive attitude
