We are looking for a Executive Assistant to join our team to manage the Administration and Social Media activities for the organization. The position offers salary of ₹20000 - ₹50000 and growth opportunities based on Skills / Practical Knowledge / Experience and other skill assessment factors.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Director in day-to-day office activities and operational tasks
Manage documentation, filing, email correspondence, and records
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
Support admin duties including vendor coordination and office management
Prepare basic reports, MIS, and communication as required.
Manage Social Media Marketing (Run Campaign / Ad Campaign Management / Meta, Google Ads)
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of Digital Marketing / Administration / Coordination / Follow-ups/ Office Management and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
