Job Title : Executive Assistant (Operations & Finance)
Location : Velachery, Chennai Reports to: Two (2) Partners
Working Timings : Monday to Friday 9'AM to 6'PM. (1 Hour Recess)
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support two Partners and anchor our daily business operations. This is not just a scheduling role; you will be the backbone of our financial administrative workflow—handling everything from client quotes to bookkeeping and payment recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Financial Administration : Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books, Tally prime. Prepare professional client quotes, and manage the invoicing process.
Accounts Receivable : Take ownership of payment follow-ups, ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy cash flow.
Communication : Draft and manage professional correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the Partners.
Data Management : Utilize Excel for tracking metrics, maintaining databases, and preparing basic analytical reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel / Google Sheets) and general email etiquette.
2. Accounting Literacy: Basic knowledge of accounting principles (debits/credits, invoicing, GST/VAT knowledge is a plus).
3. Tool Experience: Prior experience with Zoho Books / Tally Prime (or similar ERP/Accounting software) is preferred. (Not Mandatory)
4. Professionalism: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with high-level clients.
