We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be the "gatekeeper" of the office, ensuring seamless operations while maintaining the high level of professionalism associated with our prestigious projects and government/developer clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage the MD’s calendar, prioritize inquiries, and handle scheduling for meetings, site visits, and high-level corporate engagements.
Travel & Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements (domestic/international), including itineraries, accommodation, and transport.
Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact; draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, emails, and presentations.
Office Administration: Oversee office procedures and maintain a productive, professional environment.
Information Security: Handle sensitive business data, client project details, and corporate information with absolute discretion and integrity.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between the MD’s office and internal teams, clients, and government stakeholders, ensuring professionalism at all times.
Skills & Competencies
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Tech Proficiency: Advanced command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to create professional reports and presentations is a plus.
Organizational Mastery: Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage complex schedules .
Professionalism: A high level of integrity, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to represent the MD’s office effectively.
Critical Thinking: Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and make sound decisions independently.
Adaptability: A "quick learner" who can grasp the nuances of the construction/waterproofing industry.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 3–7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
Industry Knowledge: Prior familiarity with office management systems. Experience in the construction, architecture, or engineering sector is highly preferable.
