Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role involves coordinating communication, managing schedules, handling client follow-ups related to payments and dispatches, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.

  • Client Follow-ups:

  • Regularly follow up with clients regarding pending payments and ensure timely collections.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to confirm dispatches and resolve delivery-related issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of payment and dispatch status.

  • Communication & Correspondence:

  • Draft, review, and manage email and other correspondence on behalf of the CFO.

  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.

  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases.

  • Administrative Support:

  • Handle general office administration tasks, including managing confidential information.

  • Assist in planning and executing company events or meetings.

  • Task and Project Coordination:

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.

  • Follow up on action items discussed in meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

  • Female candidate will be prefered.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
