Key Responsibilities
● Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
● Coordinate and connect visitors with the concerned person/department.
● Handle front-office coordination and maintain a positive office environment.
● Assist the owner/management in daily operational and administrative tasks.
● Manage meetings, appointments, and follow-ups on behalf of management.
● Visit banks or other external locations whenever required for official work.
● Handle confidential documents, records, and communications professionally.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
● Maintain proper communication with clients and business associates.
● Perform additional tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Good spoken and written English communication skills.
● Presentable personality with professional etiquette and grooming.
● Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
● Smart, confident, and responsible approach towards work.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office, emails, and office coordination.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under management supervision.
● Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Receptionist, or Front Office Executive will be preferred.
