We are looking for a reliable, sharp, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in managing daily operations, coordination, follow-ups, and administrative responsibilities. The role requires strong communication skills, data handling ability, and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.
Maintain and update client data (machine buyers, raw material buyers, leads, follow-ups).
Coordinate with customers and vendors for payment follow-ups and confirmations.
Assist the Chairman in day-to-day administrative tasks and delegated responsibilities.
Handle calling, follow-ups, reminders, and basic coordination with internal teams and external parties.
Maintain records of orders, inquiries, payments, and commitments.
Draft basic emails, WhatsApp messages, and documents as required.
Manage schedules, meetings, and priority tasks of the Chairman.
Ensure confidentiality of business information and company data.
Graduate (any stream preferred)
experience in administrative / assistant / coordination roles (preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email
Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
Prior experience in trading, machinery, manufacturing, or B2B businesses is a plus
