Role Objective:
To manage HR compliances, enforce discipline across teams, and handle day-to-day executive assistance responsibilities for the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & Compliance:
- Handling ESI, PF, labour law compliances and coordination with consultants
- Employee records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs
- Onboarding, exit formalities and HR documentation
- Enforcing HR policies and discipline across teams
- Regular follow-ups and escalations
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Managing CEO’s calendar, meetings and reminders
- Preparing MIS and internal reports
- Tracking tasks assigned by CEO and ensuring closure
- Managing confidential documents
Office & Team Coordination:
- Coordination with operations, warehouse, accounts and admin
- Supporting audits and compliance checks
