• Filtering and triaging incoming communications, drafting emails and presentations, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external

• Arranging travel, including booking flights and accommodation, and handling visa requirements.
• Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring smooth execution of meetings, including review meetings and executive events.
• Maintaining databases, filing systems, and managing records, including personnel files.
• Supporting the MD in developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain efficiency.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels.
• Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and identify potential issues.
