Key Responsibilities
• Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize the executive’s calendar, scheduling
meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Communication Management: Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls,
messages), respond as necessary, and draft correspondence.
• Travel & Event Coordination: Arrange business travel, accommodation, and itineraries;
organize company events, conferences, and meetings.
• Document Management: Prepare, review, and edit presentations, reports, and other
documents; maintain an organized filing system.
• Meeting Preparation: Coordinate logistics for meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
when required.
• Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of key projects by tracking deadlines,
deliverables, and action items.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
• Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including expense
reporting, office management, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
