Executive Assistant – Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Travel Management
Manage the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings. Handle travel bookings, itineraries, and check-ins for domestic and international trips.
Administrative Support
Manage emails, calls, and documents. Prepare reports and presentations. Maintain confidential files and records.
Communication & Coordination
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Organize meetings and record minutes with timely follow-ups.
Task & Project Management
Support project planning and execution. Track deadlines and assist with research and data compilation.
Office & Event Management
Organize company events, team meetings, and client engagements. Support office tasks related to the executive’s role.
