Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA)
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, organizing travel, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations. The EA acts as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. (Indeed)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information.
Track action items and follow up on key deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Organize events, board meetings, and leadership meetings.
Assist with expense reports, invoices, and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
