We are looking for a reliable and organised Executive Assistant for our Delhi-based office. The candidate should be able to handle office coordination, follow-ups, documentation, calls, emails, and day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for follow-ups
• Maintain records, documents, and office data
• Assist in scheduling meetings and daily tasks
• Prepare basic Excel sheets and reports
• Support day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email drafting
• Organised and responsible approach towards work
• Prior office/admin experience preferred
• Female candidates preferred
