Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the Owner/Director in managing daily operations, calendar schedules, meetings, communications, and confidential tasks. The candidate should possess excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination.
Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and maintain records of discussions and action points.
Handle email communication and follow-ups on behalf of management.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel plans, and business schedules.
Manage confidential documents and important business information.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS.
Act as a communication bridge between management and internal departments.
Ensure timely follow-up on tasks assigned by the Director/Owner.
Support administrative and operational activities as required.
Required Skills:
Strong experience as Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or Personal Assistant.
Excellent calendar management and scheduling skills.
Experience in preparing MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and email drafting.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude with high confidentiality standards.
Qualification:
Graduation/Post Graduation preferred.
