Key Responsibilities
Executive Coordination: Manage a busy calendar, prioritize meetings, and handle high-level business correspondence.
Travel & Lifestyle Logistics: Coordinate travel itineraries and manage occasional personal or lifestyle coordination to maximize executive efficiency.
Guest & Client Relations: Act as a warm, professional first point of contact for external partners, clients, and internal teams.
Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all corporate and personal matters.
